DECISION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION № 971 OF AUGUST 27, 2008

       ON PARTIAL AMENDMENT OF THE CUSTOMS TARIFF OF THE RUSSIAN

       FEDERATION, APPROVED BY THE DECISION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF

          THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION NO. 1560 OF DECEMBER 27, 1996


In the execution of this Decision there was issued the Order of the State
Customs Committee of the Russian Federation No. 646 of September 28, 646 


    The Government of the Russian Federation resolves:

    In partially  amend  the  customs  tariff   of   the   Russian
Federation, approved  by  the  Decision  of the Government of the Russian
Federation No.  1560 of December 27, 1996 on the Commodity Classification
Being Applied  in  the Carrying Out of Foreign Economic Activity,  and on
the Customs Tariff of the Russian Federation  (Sobraniye  zakonodatelstva
Rossiyskoy Federatsii,  1997,  No.  8,  item 843), to approve the annexed
rates of the import customs duties and put them into effect as  from  the
day of the official publication of this Decision.
